3. Quality and Scope of Business Services

  • We commit to delivering high-quality business guidance using established professional principles and experienced leadership development professionals.
  • The scope, responsibilities, and deliverables of each transformation journey are defined in the respective coaching agreements and business service documentation.
  • We reserve the right to make strategic business decisions as long as they do not compromise the fundamental client objectives and professional development requirements.
  • Clients are responsible for providing timely information, necessary business practices, and decisions during the transformation process.

4. Payments and Business Service Terms

  • Payment for business coaching services is required according to the agreed fee schedule outlined in each coaching agreement.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late transformation withdrawals (less than 48 hours before scheduled business sessions) incur a processing fee of 25% of the outstanding coaching fees.
  • Failure to provide required business practices or transformation decisions within agreed timeframes may result in journey delays and additional coaching costs.

5. Refund Policy

At NeoBizCoachX, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering exceptional business coaching and leadership development for individuals seeking professional success. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Consultation Phase: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of initial coaching agreement if they are not satisfied with our business approach, professional assessment, or transformation strategy.
  • Transformation Journey in Progress: For ongoing business work where professional practices have begun but the transformation is not yet complete, we may offer a partial refund less the value of completed business work and resources allocated.
  • Completed Business Transformations: Once a business coaching journey has been concluded and meets the agreed-upon objectives as outlined in the coaching agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to provide competent business guidance.
  • Complex Leadership Programs: For multi-phase business coaching transformations and ongoing leadership development services, refunds will be calculated based on the phases remaining, minus a 20% administrative and journey management fee.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@neobizcoachx.com with detailed professional reasons for the request and supporting documentation of any service deficiencies.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 15 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 21 business days.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to changes in business regulations or service enhancements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation through our website and client communications.

8. Final Provisions

  • Swiss law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions and all business service agreements.
